Generally, the LEDs in mirrors can last up to 50,000 hours. That is at least 13 years if you turn the lights on for 10 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To prolong LED lifespan: make sure the wattage rating for your mirror and power source match; keep the mirror in a well-ventilated spot at a moderate temperature; and turn on the LED mirror only when needed.
