This is completely normal. Magnifying mirrors are concave, and at high magnification levels (typically 10x and above), there is a focal point in front of the mirror. If you stand beyond that focal point, your reflection will appear inverted.
To get an upright, magnified image, move closer to the mirror until your reflection flips right-side up. The higher the magnification, the closer you need to be.
