Suction-mount mirrors work best on smooth, flat, and non-porous surfaces such as glass, polished tile, marble, and glossy surfaces. They may not hold securely on textured tiles, uneven walls, or porous materials because air can enter around the suction cup and weaken the seal.

For the strongest hold, clean and dry the surface first, press each suction cup firmly to remove trapped air, and make sure the mirror is securely attached before use.
